I found the box at Michael's (they were on sale for $1.66 ea. they had tons of colors, this one just matched the paper I wanted)
I bought scrap booking paper at Michaels ($9.99 before my 40% off coupon)
I cut the paper taller than needed because I had to go back and trace half circular dividers. Then once I cut the dividers it was sized to fit the box!
After cutting, I wrote the title on each divider then laminated them.
Here's how I broke it down:
