Last night I was at Wal-Mart and got all of my stuff for my emealz this week. Tonight I cooked salmon with cream sauce and potatoes. I don't think they were his favorite but it's a trial and error thing. If it's not good, I mark it off and move on to the next one!
This week we started school and it's been great. I love being down in the school office full time. I work until 6 which leaves us eating late at night but that's ok, we normally eat late anyways.
