I know... I've been a blog slacker lately.... but I PROMISE to pick things up in about a month with a totally new blog look that's going to be FUN! Can't wait for ya'll to see it! I have the JOYS of getting to sit back this year in Missions Conference and just enjoy it. My parents will be coming up for it at the end of this month. They've never been here for one so since I'm not having to work it we invited them to come up!
The subject of "summer vacation" came up the other day and we have no clue what we're going to do or where we're going to go. We are usually on top of that by this time of the year but other things have taken our attention (like car shopping-ugh!) and we just have kind of pushed that to the side. Oh we're still going to take a vacation-we are STRONG believers in vacations around here!
One place I have been begging him to take me is to Long Island in the Bahamas where he use to live. I've been to a different island for a missions trip but not to Long Island to where I can just relax and soak in the sun... we shall see. I remember finally being able to sit back and relax for missions conference. Strange feeling at first, but I got used to it! LOL I still think of the poor secretary at this time every year. Enjoy!
