We call her our little burrito :) Mariah is one week old today!!We went to the doctor for the 3rd time yesterday to check on her jaundice and her numbers went down so we can GET RID OF THE BILI BLANKET :) Yay!!!! She had gone down to 5 lbs 12 ounces and yesterday she climbed up to 6 lbs. Almost her birth weight again!
She slept the entire night last night only to be woken up for her feedings. It was the best night of sleep I've had since my first trimester. I didn't have to go to the bathroom 5 times in the night. I'm feeling great! I have 10 lbs left of baby weight to lose and yes it's killing me that I can't get out and walk but my body thanks me for not :)
My parents have been here all week and they're having to leave to go back home tonight. I can't tell you how much of a blessing it has been to have them here to help around the house, cooking and cleaning, and driving me to dr. appts. and well.... yes little bit of shopping was thrown in there too! Larry is taking a week of vacation next week so it'll be nice to have him home with us so I'm not all alone yet. Then his parents will be here the following week!
