Yesterday our little baby turned 6 months. I was ok happy about this until tonight. I was feeding her and the thought of one day (I'm thinking when she's a year old) going through the weaning process made the tears start flowing. I have no clue why. Then Larry walks in and starts talking and notices I had been upset. I try to hide it but I guess I didn't do such a good job. He asked me what was wrong and I didn't want to say cuz he would think I'm just being silly.
He knelt down and forced it out of me asked me. He thought he had done something wrong LOL! I started crying again and said "she's just growing up so fast-I didn't realize she would be this big at 6 months"
HOLD UP. Then I told myself "be thankful she's healthy and growing, and be thankful that God blessed you with her because there are SO many other women out there that can't have a baby."
Well, I'm typing this and I'm still sad but so thankful to have a sweet little girl! She's SO wonderful and we're blessed!
