The Switch

About 2 months ago I decided to make the switch from Nikon to Canon. Why? I only had one reason and I thought it was a good one. I have been very pleased with Nikon but all of my photog friends used Canon and anytime I needed helped, they were a little stumped and it was harder to get the help I needed. So when I had decided to upgrade my camera, I went ahead and made the switch. I'm so excited about my new camera and as little as I've been able to use it since I've been so sick, I know I made the right decision!

The best part about it all? I paid CASH for it all! WooHOO!! I do not put myself into debt so that I can grow my business over night. I married Larry! Who wouldn't let me if I tried! I was able to get my camera, my new lens, my camera grip and bag and didn't put

one dime on the credit card. And for that, I'm SO stinkin' proud:)! It just makes my life more enjoyable knowing it's paid for! It  will take me longer to grow my business in other ways but I'm perfectly fine with it!

So here's my new baby. I really enjoy shooting with it and I'm still learning so much about it!

And here's my new camera bag. I LOVE Jo's Totes! This was only $100 and I think it's stinkin'  cute:)
