While we were all out at Olive Garden, I brought my camera without the case. My case is a bookbag and I just didn't feel like brining it in, I thought I would probably look a little WEIRD. So I just kept it in my purse. So photo time came and afterwards I just sat it behind me in my chair (for some odd reason, I always sit on the edge of my seat). Well, can you guess what happened? I forgot it was there, slide back and BAM!!!!!!! You could just hear how hard it fell. This was the result:
When we first saw it of course it looked like the lens was busted, but thankfully, it was just my UV protector which also protects the lens for stupid people like me when they drop it. So.........$20 as opposed to the cost of the lens-yes! Well worth it!
