This Sunday, July 4th will be the very first "Pig Roast" in the history of our church. About a little over a month ago in staff meeting we decided to do something special since the 4th was on a Sunday. So we have gotten a professional "pig roaster" to come in and spend the weekend cooking the big pig to celebrate the 4th. Sunday is going to be a fun day and we're really looking forward to it.
Me being from the south, we call it a pig picking, am I right? I have never heard of a pig roast, but we are a little bit more north than NC but we're STILL SOUTH of the Mason/Dixon Line!
